Hi Guys! We hope you're all liking this weeks Product of the week - The 6 in 1 Beauty on the go Palette. We are loving the colours in this set it covers every thing from Natural Nudes, Smokey Greys to Bold Brights! Each palette can be easily popped in and out of the carry case so that you can bring your fave look with you on the go! 

The 6 in 1 caters for eyes, lips and face with its array of eyeshadows, lipglosses, blush and bronzers! There were so many shades to swatch but we began with the eyeshadows this afternoon.

Beauty on the go Volume 2: Office Perks

The "Office Look"
With the weekend now long gone, we had a bit of fun in the office by experimenting with some make up looks! We had a go using palette 1 from the beauty on the go collection because it has a selection of natural nudes that are perfect to wear in the office but also a few pretty shimmers to lighten it up for a perky look.

How we created the Office Look:

Colour’s used

Eyes 

Base Colour: Swatch 3

Lids: Swatch 7 + 9 + 4

Lower lash line: Swatch 10

Lips: Swatch 12

Cheeks: Swatch 13

Step 1:

Apply a base colour over the entire lid area. We used a soft, pale cream from the palette (Swatch 3).

Step 2:

Apply a sheer, nude shade to the entire lid bringing it up to the socket line.

Step 3:

Next take a darker shade and apply along the crease, and blend well into the socket line. For this step we chose a shimmery, copper, brown (Swatch 9).

Step 4:

Take an eye shadow brush and dot a shimmery gold (we used swatch 4) to the center of the lid to add depth to the eyes.

Step 5:

Load an eyeliner brush with a powder brown eye shadow and line the outer corners of the lower lash line (for this step we used swatch 10). Next finish the eyes with a brown eyeliner, and a coat of mascara.

Step 6

Apply a natural blush to the cheeks. Try to apply it to the hollows of your cheek for a more defined look.

Step 7:

Using a lip brush, apply a nude gloss to the lips to finish the look.

Beauty on the go: Volume one - Shopping Spree

Hi guys! After our very successful 6togo promo last week we thought it would be a great idea to share with you 6 fantastic looks we created with this nifty Beauty on the go palette. We had lots of fun coming up with some new looks, the only problem was picking just 6 looks to share with you all! There are so many colours and combos- the possibilities are endless! But first up is the subtle make up look- perfect for a shopping spree with the girls.

The Shopping Look

We used Palette no. 6 in the collection for this look, the range of nude shades was perfect for creating a natural but polished look. Check out our attempt on Adele who kindly volunteered to be our model for this feature!

Colours used 

Eyes:

Highlight: Swatch 1

Lid: Swatch 6

Corners: Swatch 10

Lips: Swatch 12  

Cheeks: Swatch 13

Recreate our Shopping Spree Look:

First apply your selected eye shadow as a base all over the lid, we used swatch no. 6, which is a subtle, bronze, colour with a hint of shimmer.








Next select a darker shade to contour the eyelid area and give definition to the eyes. We used swatch no. 10 which is a matte brown, perfect for contouring. Apply the eye shadow along the socket line blending it out to the outer corners of the eye.






To give your eyes extra pop, try using a light, natural colour to highlight the eyes. We used swatch no. 1 which is a delicate cream shade with a slight sheer undertone. Apply the highlight above the crease line, and blend up into the brown bone for a wide and bright, eyed look.

If you like you can then line your eyes with your favourite eyeliner for a more defined look. Then apply your usual mascara to complete your natural makeup eyes look.







Now you're almost done! Just finish with a sweep of bronze cheek colour over the apples of your cheeks with a large powder brush for a healthy and radiant glow and a slick of lipgloss, we used swatch 12, which is a lovely sheer, mauve shade which looks amazing with the eyeshadow!
